EverBloom Lab Limited uses information you submit to handle product inquiries and requests concerning your inquiry data. This notice explains what is collected, why it is used, how long it is kept and how to make a request.

Who handles your information
The recipient of inquiries is EverBloom Lab Limited, Hong Kong. Authorised company staff access and handle records through a restricted administration interface. Inquiry details are not displayed publicly on this website.
Information collected
We store your name, company, email, target market, variety, ingredient type, estimated volume and packaging, and message, together with page language, submission time, reference number and consent record. Volume and packaging are optional. Do not include identity documents, payment information or sensitive information unrelated to your inquiry.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate product requirements, follow up on inquiries and handle data requests. Your email helps identify your inquiry and allows later contact. Automatic notification and marketing emails are not enabled. Submission does not confirm a quotation, supply agreement or contract.
Service providers and security
The website uses Cloudflare hosting, D1 database and Turnstile verification services. These services may process IP addresses, browser details and verification information to limit abusive submissions and operate the service. Processing may take place outside your location. There is no public inquiry-record lookup interface.
Retention
Records in the inquiry database are kept for 24 calendar months from submission and then removed in batches by scheduled cleanup. Verified deletion requests are handled by staff. Any separately exported copies must be managed under the same purpose and retention arrangements.
Access, correction, deletion and withdrawing consent
Use the data-request link below and provide the original email address, inquiry reference and details of your request. Staff will verify your identity before acting; a reference number alone does not permit disclosure or deletion. Submitting a request creates a new handling record. Closing the page or deleting a local draft does not delete a submitted record.
Drafts and language preferences
Downloading a draft creates a file on your device and does not submit it. Language preferences are stored in your browser. Cloudflare verification may use necessary browser storage or cookies.
